FlashMint Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to FlashMint ("the Platform"), operated by 99PERCENT VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED. By accessing or using FlashMint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

FlashMint provides a digital art NFT marketplace built on the TRON blockchain, enabling creators to list NFTs within seconds using a no-code interface and lazy minting technology.

2. Service Overview

FlashMint offers the following features:

  • Create and list NFTs in under 30 seconds
  • No-code NFT creation tools
  • Lazy Minting (NFT is minted only after purchase)
  • Marketplace fee: 1%
  • Creator royalty: 0%
  • Payment support: Cryptomus, NowPayments, Banxa
  • Digital art NFTs only (no investment or financial products)

FlashMint is not a financial institution, exchange, broker, or investment advisor.

3. Eligibility

You may use FlashMint only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have full rights to upload the content you submit
  • You are not violating any applicable laws or sanctions
  • You do not use FlashMint for illegal or unauthorized activities

FlashMint reserves the right to restrict access at our discretion.

4. Wallet Requirements

Users may browse without an account. To purchase or receive NFTs, you must provide a valid TRON-compatible wallet address (TRC-20 / TRC-721).

FlashMint does not manage or store private keys and cannot recover access to your wallet.

5. Creator Content & Review

Creators may upload digital artwork and list NFTs for sale. By uploading content, you confirm:

  • You own all rights to the artwork
  • The artwork does not infringe copyrights or trademarks
  • The content follows our Creator Guidelines
  • The content is legal and appropriate for public distribution

FlashMint performs manual review within 24 hours. We may reject or remove any listing at any time.

6. Lazy Minting Process (TRON)

FlashMint uses lazy minting as follows:

  1. Creators upload artwork and set price
  2. NFT is not minted until a buyer completes payment
  3. After payment confirmation via PSP webhook, FlashMint mints the NFT on TRON
  4. NFT is delivered to the buyer's wallet address

Buyers understand that blockchain confirmation time may vary.

7. Pricing & Fees

  • Marketplace fee: 1% per transaction
  • Creator royalty: 0%
  • Payment processor fees may apply
  • Prices are listed in USDT (TRC-20) unless otherwise stated

Fees may be updated at any time with notice on this page.

8. Payments

FlashMint supports payments through:

  • Cryptomus (crypto payments)
  • NowPayments (crypto payments)
  • Banxa (fiat → crypto on-ramp)

When using Banxa:

  • KYC verification is required and performed by Banxa
  • FlashMint does not collect identity documents
  • Payment is considered complete only when Banxa notifies us

FlashMint does not store or process payment card information.

9. Order Completion & Delivery

A purchase is completed when:

  1. Payment is confirmed by the selected PSP
  2. FlashMint mints the NFT on TRON
  3. NFT is transferred to the buyer's wallet
  4. Order status is marked as fulfilled

If the buyer provides an incorrect wallet address, FlashMint cannot reverse or reissue NFTs.

10. Refund Policy

All NFT sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital and immutable nature of blockchain assets. Exceptions may apply only when:

  • Duplicate payment occurred
  • A technical error prevented NFT delivery
  • Payment was processed but minting did not occur
  • Required by applicable law

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Creators retain full copyright of their artwork.

Buyers receive:

  • Ownership of the NFT
  • Blockchain proof of authenticity
  • A limited license to display and transfer the NFT

Buyers do not receive:

  • Copyright ownership
  • Commercial rights
  • Derivative creation rights

Unless explicitly granted by the creator.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Upload plagiarized or copyrighted artwork
  • Upload illegal, hateful, or harmful content
  • Use FlashMint for fraud or money laundering
  • Attempt to manipulate prices or conduct wash trading
  • Interfere with platform security
  • Misuse payment systems

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.

13. AML / KYC Compliance

FlashMint follows international AML standards.

  • Crypto payments may not require KYC
  • Banxa requires KYC for fiat transactions
  • Suspicious behavior may lead to account restrictions

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlashMint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous access to the platform
  • Error-free operation
  • Blockchain stability
  • Creator authenticity
  • PSP service uptime

Users assume all blockchain and wallet-related risks.

15. Limitation of Liability

FlashMint is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses
  • Blockchain delays or congestion
  • Gas fee fluctuations
  • Lost private keys
  • PSP delays or errors
  • Creator misconduct

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the disputed transaction.

16. Termination

FlashMint may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Required by law or PSP partners

Users may discontinue use at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
