Creator Guidelines

1. Introduction

These Creator Guidelines outline the rules and standards for listing digital artworks on FlashMint, operated by 99PERCENT VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED.

FlashMint is a digital art NFT marketplace built on the TRON blockchain. All creators must comply with these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility to Create and List NFTs

To list NFTs on FlashMint, creators must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal rights to the artwork being uploaded
• Ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws
• Agree to FlashMint's review and moderation process

FlashMint reserves the right to approve or reject any listing.

3. Content Review Process

All submitted NFTs are subject to manual review within 24 hours before being published.

During review, FlashMint evaluates:

• Ownership and originality of the artwork
• Compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws
• Adherence to these Creator Guidelines
• Absence of prohibited or restricted content

Listings may be rejected, delayed, or removed at FlashMint's discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Requirements

By uploading content, creators confirm that:

• They own the copyright to the artwork, or
• They have explicit authorization from the rights holder

Creators must not upload:

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Trademarks, logos, or brand assets without authorization
• Content copied from other NFT platforms or creators

FlashMint may remove infringing content without notice.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or unlawful material
• Hate speech, harassment, or violent content
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content involving minors
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Investment products, securities, or financial schemes
• Political fundraising or extremist content

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Digital Art Only Policy

FlashMint supports digital art NFTs only.

Creators may not list:

• Financial instruments or tokenized securities
• Gambling-related products
• Yield-bearing or investment NFTs
• NFTs promising profits, returns, or dividends

FlashMint does not allow NFTs marketed as investments.

7. Pricing and Listing Rules

Creators are responsible for:

• Setting accurate prices
• Providing clear and truthful descriptions
• Ensuring metadata accuracy

FlashMint charges a 1% marketplace fee per completed sale.

Creator royalties are set to 0% by default.

8. Lazy Minting on TRON

FlashMint uses a Lazy Minting model:

• NFTs are not minted at the time of listing
• Minting occurs only after successful payment
• NFTs are minted and delivered on the TRON blockchain

Creators acknowledge that minting is automated after purchase confirmation.

9. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

• Respond to inquiries related to their listings when requested
• Avoid misleading claims or descriptions
• Refrain from manipulating prices or engaging in wash trading
• Comply with FlashMint's Terms, Refund Policy, and AML/KYC Statement

Failure to comply may result in removal of listings or account termination.

10. Reporting and Enforcement

FlashMint provides mechanisms to:

• Report copyright infringement
• Report prohibited content
• Investigate suspected abuse or fraud

Enforcement actions may include content removal, account suspension, or legal reporting.

11. Updates to Guidelines

These Creator Guidelines may be updated at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.

Creators are responsible for reviewing updates regularly.
