Creators who upload digital artwork to FlashMint represent and warrant that:

Creators retain full copyright ownership of their work unless otherwise stated.

FlashMint does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

3. Prohibition of Infringing Content

Users must not upload or list content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

• Evidence supporting lawful ownership or authorization

FlashMint may restore content if the claim is resolved.

7. Repeat Infringers

FlashMint reserves the right to:

• Permanently ban users who repeatedly violate copyright rules

This policy is enforced at FlashMint's sole discretion.

8. Blockchain Considerations

Because NFTs are recorded on the TRON blockchain:

• On-chain records cannot be modified or deleted
• Removal applies to platform listings and visibility only
• FlashMint cannot alter blockchain transaction history

Users acknowledge these technical limitations.

9. Misuse of Reporting System

False or abusive copyright claims are prohibited.

FlashMint may take action against users who submit misleading or fraudulent notices, including account suspension or legal reporting.
