Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued on FlashMint, a digital art NFT marketplace operated by 99PERCENT VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED.

By purchasing NFTs on FlashMint, users acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this Policy.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on FlashMint are digital art NFTs minted on the TRON blockchain.

Due to the nature of blockchain technology:

  • NFTs are unique digital assets
  • Ownership transfers are irreversible
  • Transactions are permanently recorded on-chain

For these reasons, all NFT sales are final by default.

3. No General Right of Refund

Once an NFT purchase is completed, refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect assumptions about NFT value or utility
  • Market price fluctuations
  • Wallet incompatibility on the user's side
  • Failure to understand the product description
  • User error in providing a wallet address

FlashMint does not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction.

4. Exceptions Where Refunds May Apply

A refund may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a technical error
  • Payment completed but NFT minting did not occur
  • Confirmed system malfunction preventing delivery
  • Payment reversed or cancelled by the payment provider
  • Legal requirements under applicable consumer protection laws

Each case is reviewed individually at FlashMint's discretion.

5. Payment Provider Specific Conditions

Payments on FlashMint may be processed through:

  • Cryptomus
  • NowPayments
  • Banxa

Refund handling may depend on the policies of the selected payment provider:

  • Crypto payments are generally irreversible
  • Fiat payments via Banxa may be subject to Banxa's own refund and compliance rules
  • FlashMint cannot override provider-level restrictions

Users must also review the refund policies of each payment provider.

6. Wallet Address Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid TRON-compatible wallet address.

  • NFTs sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered
  • Such cases are not eligible for refunds

FlashMint is not responsible for losses caused by user input errors.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where eligible), users must:

  1. Contact support at support@flash-mint.com
  2. Provide transaction details (Order ID, date, wallet address)
  3. Clearly describe the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the transaction.

8. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
  • Crypto refunds may be subject to blockchain network fees
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider

FlashMint does not guarantee immediate refund execution.

9. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

FlashMint reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Abuse of refund requests is detected
  • False or misleading information is provided

Accounts involved in abuse may be suspended or terminated.

10. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.

Users are encouraged to review this Policy before making any purchase.
